Artefacto Event a Great Success

More than 50 guests attended the March 20th Skyline Condominium event at Artefacto in Buckhead. The Brazilian-based furniture story hosted members of Skyline’s development team, partners, agents and potential new home buyers of Buckhead’s newest luxury condominium. All those in attendance were treated to an Italian dinner catered by il bacio, a new restaurant located just a few shops down from the Skyline sales center in Lindbergh Plaza, and wine provided by Artefacto. Morris & Raper asks that all interested new home buyers and real estate agents mark their calendars now for the Skyline at Lindbergh March Wine and Cheese event. Offering a little change in pace from the usual, third Thursday event, this month’s Wine and Cheese event will take place on Thursday, March 20th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Artefacto in Buckhead. The event will be held in the Artefacto two-story show room and will feature light hors d’oeuvres from il bacio and wine. All those in attendance will receive a $500 gift card which can be used toward any purchase of $4,000 or more at Artefacto, and valet parking will be available for $5. MCL Companies Plans for Future Expansion of Skyline

MCL Companies recently purchased the Connie Rose Apartments located adjacent to Skyline at Lindbergh, where future residences and retail will eventually be built. Skyline, located in the emerging Lindbergh area, is a luxury condominium high-rise and is the only all-glass building in the immediate area. The Connie Rose apartments currently occupy about five acres of land and are set for demolition in the coming months. Poinsettia Party A Great Success

Home buyers, agents and others interested in learning more about Lindbergh’s newest luxury high-rise recently attended a Poinsettia Party at Skyline at Lindbergh on Thursday, December 13. The event, hosted by Morris & Raper Realtors, took place at the Skyline at Lindbergh sales center located in Lindbergh Plaza. Guests enjoyed an array of scrumptious holiday hors d’œuvres, as well as the signature drink of the event, “Poinsettia” – a refreshing mix of fine champagne and fresh cranberry juice. All those in attendance also received a small poinsettia and teddy bear as a parting gift. In addition to the beautiful poinsettias give away, there were two drawings for a $50 gift certificate. Al Floda with ReMax of Buckhead, and Gul Wadhwani with Chapman Hall Realtors each received a $50 American Express gift card donated by Kevin, Stephen and Wes from Suntrust Mortgage. (more…)
