Family of Four Finds Luxurious Living at The Astoria

Finding luxury real estate is hard, but finding it at an affordable price is even harder. That’s why Aaron and Gillian Ribner were thrilled to find The Astoria at The Aramore, a collection of boutique condominiums in Buckhead.
The couple, along with their two children, didn’t have to search for very long before they found something that met their needs. With The Astoria’s reduced prices, the couple was able to combine two units into one 3,800-square-foot space. And thanks to the amenities of the community, everyone felt more excited and relaxed about the move. These luxurious offerings include a state-of-the-art fitness center, lap pool, heated spa, club room with full catering kitchen, concierge service and more.
“All the things we gave up exist inside the building,” said Ribner. “And since this is a relatively small building with fewer than 70 residences, it won’t be mobbed. Those sort of things were important for us, moving kids into a building, to help them adapt.”
In addition to the amenities outside of the residence, the Ribners will enjoy interior features such as rich hardwood floors; spacious master suites; a Read More→
