Skyline at Lindbergh Recognizes Top Co-Op Broker of the Month
New condominium high-rise by MCL Companies

ATLANTA – The developer of Skyline at Lindbergh in Buckhead, MCL Companies, is pleased to announce the winning co-op broker of the month for August. Dr. Arun Misra was recognized by the company as the Top Selling agent at Skyline Condominiums. Located in Fulton County in the new retail center Lindbergh Plaza, Skyline stands out as the tallest building, at 21 stories high, as well as the only all glass tower in the area. The condominium high-rise will house 220 homes priced from the low $200,000s to $1 million plus and is set for a Spring 2009 completion.

Sales and construction for Skyline at Lindbergh have already begun, and brokers and agents have successfully sold condos to interested new home buyers. Misra is one such broker who is highly praised by the sales team for his efforts to increase awareness about Lindbergh’s new residential tower.

Misra has been involved in the real estate industry since 1985, first as a financial planner selling Real Estate Investment Trusts, and then as a realtor beginning in 1995. He has a PhD in microbiology, and taught in colleges and universities in the United States, Germany, United Kingdom, India and Australia from 1964 to 1984. Misra moved to Atlanta in 1985 and currently resides in Alpharetta. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Roundtable.

“I like Skyline at Lindbergh because of its great location and the convenience it offers to Buckhead, the Lindbergh MARTA Station, major highways and an array of dining and shopping venues,” Misra said. “In addition, the price points are very reasonable and not exorbitant like many other developments in the area.”
